Vagrant’s knife is a rudimentary weapon consisting of a short bladed silver knife with red weaver silk tied around its handle. It is used for expected activities as well as wielded as a long range weapon.
Appearance
Although described as and appearing as a knife, the weapon is more akin to a rope dart. The knife itself is made entirely of an unknown metal with a similar appearance to that of silver. It is bladed on only one side with a large chip on the upper half of its sharp edge. Wrapped around the handle is a thread of weavers silk, which has been dyed red, the line extends past the handle of the knife with about 5 metres of slack thread. When not in use any remaining thread is hidden beneath Vagrant’s cloak.
Plot
In God we see Vagrant intentionally cut his left hand with his knife. Though it has not been revealed why yet it can be inferred that this action was influenced in part by The Nightmare’s Heart, as it is seen in both God and Two Face during the immediate aftermath of the slice.

Each individual part of the weapon was either gifted or purchased seperately, before being fashioned together by Vagrant during his travels.
Trivia
- Despite his own absence within the Troupe, Vagrant’s knife has been shown to be present and art exists of it being wielded by Ameise.
